Screen an address before the money arrives

An instant check against sanctions lists and Tether's on-chain freeze list, then a trace of where the funds came from, up to three hops out. The score is built on share of volume rather than the mere fact of a link — a dusting from a scammer does not make a wallet dirty.

Two questions, two calls

A payment gateway needs an answer now; a compliance team needs one it can defend. So /screen answers from the lists in milliseconds, while /checks queues the graph walk and delivers the result to your webhook.

The trace stops at exchanges

When a branch reaches an exchange or a service, it ends there: funds are commingled, and anything found beyond belongs to strangers. Without that rule almost every active address scores high.

Scored by share of volume

If 12 USDT of a wallet's 100,000 came from a scammer, that is not a dirty wallet. Every finding is weighted by the share of traced volume behind it, and discounted with each hop of distance.

The report says what it did not see

If the walk hit a limit, the response says so. Each check records the list version and engine parameters it was decided on, so the verdict can be reproduced — or challenged — six months later.

Where the data comes from

Tether's freeze list
Read straight off the USDT contract — every freeze is an on-chain event. By a wide margin the largest and most current open source for TRC-20.
OFAC SDN
The official XML. Addresses are selected by format rather than by the declared asset type, which finds around 40% more TRON addresses than filtering on the TRX label does.
Other feeds
Any public list can be added as a source without a code change: addresses are found by format and confirmed by checksum.
